Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Annapolis, MD
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated RBT to work with a school district in Annapolis, MD. This full-time role involves helping students with behavioral challenges through ABA-based interventions.
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience with ABA therapy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Record and monitor progress data
- Provide support during daily activities and transitions
- Work closely with BCBAs and school staff to promote positive behavior
