Blazer Jobs is hiring a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This full-time position involves working closely with students to provide behavior support and help them reach their individualized goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist students in developing social, communication, and academic skills.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other team members to support students' goals.
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience working with children or students with behavioral needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
