Registered Behavior Technician Needed in Central Falls, RI School District

Job Title: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Central Falls, RI

Blazerjobs, in collaboration with the Central Falls School District, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students
Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement behavior support strategies
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Assist in training school staff and parents on behavior management techniques
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives
Ability to adapt to the needs of different students and situations
