Job Title: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide direct, one-on-one behavior therapy to students.
Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support a positive learning environment.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred.
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow and implement behavior plans.
