Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Blazerjobs is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in partnership with the local school district in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized educational and behavioral programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Collect and record data on student behavior and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies.
Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
Assist in the training of school staff and caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies and interventions.
Qualifications:

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Passion for helping individuals with special needs achieve their full potential.
