We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in a school setting in Beaufort, South Carolina. As an RBT, you will work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and providing support in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies across settings
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
- Must hold a current RBT certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
