Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position - Beverly, MA
Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the Beverly, MA school district, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, onsite position for the current school year.

Position Details:

• Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Lunch: 30-minute unpaid
• Pay Rate: Starting at $25/hour
• Type: 1-on-1 position
• Experience: Must have experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with a student to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Support the student's educational and social development.
• Collaborate with the school team to ensure consistency in implementing strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
