Job Type: Full-time,

Salary: $25 - $27 per hour
Dates: ASAP Start - 4-6 months from start AT LEAST Possible assignment extension depending on candidate.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Central Falls, Rhode Island. The RBT will work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a school setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and assisting the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of the BCBA
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition
• Assist the BCBA in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Attend training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become certified within 90 days of employment
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniques
• Must pass a criminal background check
