Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Winnsboro, SC

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district in Winnsboro, SC, to hire a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the current school year. This is an onsite position with both full-time and part-time opportunities (20-30 hours per week).

Position Details:

• Caseload: Working with multiple elementary students at a time; this role may cover more than one elementary school.
• Daily Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Work directly with students to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success.
• Follow all school and district policies related to student support services.

State Requirements:

• Active RBT License
• Previous experience working in a school setting

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
