Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the Morton School District, is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
