Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time - Morton, PA

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the Morton School District, is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
