Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Clarkston, Michigan
Position Type: Full-Time
Contract Start Date: ASAP
Contract End Date: June 5th, 2025
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position Details:

• Full-Time, onsite position in Clarkston, MI
• Spring 2025 Semester
• Provide one-on-one therapy and behavioral interventions
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Collect and track data on client progress
• Assist with behavioral assessments and reporting
• Support clients in achieving their goals and improving social, communication, and life skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to clients using evidence-based practices
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Work closely with BCBA supervisors to ensure accurate treatment delivery
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date progress reports
• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with families and staff regarding client progress
