Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job in School Setting

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Exeter, NH area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist in data collection and behavior tracking to monitor student progress.
• Support teachers and staff in managing classroom behavior and reinforcing positive behaviors.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as needed.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families.
