We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kent, WA. The RBT will provide behavioral support and implement therapy plans while securing their own supervision as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Work directly with individuals to develop and maintain essential life skills and behavioral goals.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and behaviors.
- Secure necessary supervision hours according to RBT certification requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid RBT certification.
- Proven experience in implementing ABA therapy techniques.
- Self-driven and capable of securing necessary supervision hours.
