We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and support our students with behavioral and developmental needs. The RBT will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on student progress.
Assist in the development of individualized goals for students.
Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve student behavior and learning.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Previous experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
