Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Chester, PA. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to students, helping them develop essential social, communication, and life skills. Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy to students in a school setting.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior outcomes.
- Assist with social skill development, communication strategies, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure best practices in ABA therapy.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow structured intervention plans and provide feedback to supervisors.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Willingness to participate in training and ongoing professional development.
