We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Moncks Corner, SC. This role involves working closely with students, implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing essential support to help them succeed in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to support their behavioral and academic goals.
• Collect and record data on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Valid RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children with autism or special needs (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to pass a background check.
