Our schools are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and make a positive impact on students' lives through behavior support.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full time
Caseload: Elementary, ASD program
Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one behavior support to students, including those with Autism.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and strategies for behavior management.

Qualifications:

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with students with behavior challenges is required.
• Prior school experience
