Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a passion for working with students? Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with a prominent school district in Wheaton, IL, is actively interviewing for a full-time RBT position for the 2023-2024 school year.

Position Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing essential behavioral support to students within the school district. Your expertise will help create a positive learning environment and promote the well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Collect and record data on student behavior.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and BCBA professionals.
Support students in developing social and communication skills.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:
Current RBT certification.
Recent experience as an RBT is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately.
