Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Role in School Setting

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Moncks Corner, SC area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Assist in developing and reinforcing social, communication, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior interventions.
• Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff.
• Support students in classroom and one-on-one settings to promote positive behaviors.
• Provide crisis intervention and implement de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active RBT certification.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and work as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
