Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Role in School Setting

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School RBTs for a full-time role with school districts in the Marion, NC area. We are looking for dedicated individuals passionate about supporting students' behavioral and academic progress within a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students using evidence-based behavioral techniques.
• Assist teachers and staff in implementing behavior intervention plans and classroom activities.
• Monitor student progress and document behavioral data accurately.
• Support students with special needs by assisting in daily activities and ensuring that behavioral accommodations are met.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student success and positive behavior.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student well-being and success.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic educational environment.
