Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track data to assess student progress
• Assist teachers and staff in maintaining a structured classroom environment
• Communicate with the educational team to ensure consistency in student support

What You Need:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Prior school-based experience is a plus
