Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School Opening

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or higher, possess an active RBT certification through the BACB, and have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.

Applicants that do not meet the outlined requirements will not be considered for this role.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing RBTs for a full-time position with school districts in the Halifax, NC area. To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet all local and state requirements, including:

• Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance
• Adherence to school district policies and guidelines

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on student behavior and progress
• Assisting students in developing social, communication, and life skills
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Providing one-on-one or small-group behavioral support as needed
