Who are you?

• You are RBT certified.
• You have experience working with kids, preferably in an educational setting.
• You are comfortable managing extreme behaviors such as hitting, throwing, etc.
• You are patient, empathetic, and committed to student success.
• You have a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.

What will you do?

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students in classroom settings.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What is in it for you?

• Compensation: $33+/hr; based on experience
