Registered Behavior Technician
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for an elementary school student. This full-time role involves implementing behavior intervention strategies and assisting with the student’s daily activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Support the student in academic and social activities
- Assist with sensory regulation and communication strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent approach
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting
