Registered Behavior Technician
Blazer Jobs is seeking two full-time RBTs to support students in a preschool STRIDE program and an elementary inclusion classroom. Candidates must be comfortable working with various disabilities and implementing support plans in a structured school setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support and intervention
- Implement and follow behavior support plans
- Utilize ABA strategies to support student success
- Collect data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Strong ABA skills and experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable with the commute
