Registered Behavior Technician
Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time RBT to provide behavioral support. This position requires hands-on intervention and close collaboration with school staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior support plans
- Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions and de-escalation strategies
- Assist with adaptive and social-emotional skills
- Maintain documentation of progress and behaviors
- Work collaboratively with school personnel and other support staff
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Must be male due to the nature of the student’s disabilities
- Experience working with students with emotional disabilities and ADHD preferred
- School-based experience is a plus
