Job Title: Full-Time School Nurse (RN)
Location: Claremont, NH

Blazerjobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in partnership with the Claremont School District. Responsibilities:

Provide direct health care services to students and staff
Conduct health assessments and screenings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement individual health care plans
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to promote a healthy school environment
Maintain accurate and confidential health records
Educate students and staff on health-related topics
Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities
Stay informed about current health issues and trends in school health
Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of state health regulations and policies
