Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed School Nurse (LSN) to join our team in Shakopee, MN. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential healthcare services to students. As an RN or LSN, you will work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to support student health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including administering medications and treatments
• Conduct health assessments and develop individualized health plans for students
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student health and wellness
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation of student care
• Promote a healthy and safe school environment

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed School Nurse (LSN)
• Active RN or LSN license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Prior school nursing experience preferred
