Remote School Psychologist Position – Columbia, SC

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Remote School Psychologist to join our team in partnership with a school district in Columbia, SC, for the current school year. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with competitive pay, advisory support, and professional development opportunities provided under a 1099 contract.

Position Details:

• Case Load: Mixed
• Hours/Week: 40
• Contract Type: 1099

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support students’ educational and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide appropriate interventions.
• Support the school district by addressing behavioral and emotional challenges through consultation and guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school district and state guidelines.
• Engage in virtual meetings and consultations with staff and families as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in South Carolina.
• Experience working with a diverse caseload in a virtual or school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
