Position: Resource Level Math Teacher for the 2024-2025 School Year

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Resource Level Math Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Gatesville, NC. This is a likely full-time, onsite position focused on supporting high school students with their math education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resource level math instruction to high school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Utilize various teaching methods and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.


  • Must hold a valid teaching certification in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience working with high school students in a resource or special education setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
