RN / LPN Henderson, NC

Job Details: 

• ASAP, 2024 – May 23, 2025
• Monday – Friday 37.50 a week plus ride the bus to and from school with student.
• Caseload Details:
  • 1.1 High students with Trach’s.
  • Training in tracheostomy care, bus duties AM/PM, individual health plan or plan of care, experienced in health evaluations assessments, and report to the district nurse supervisor or designee.
• Will accept an LPN if they have trach experience and is familiar with getting doctors orders for the student.

Job Requirements:

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in nursing and be a registered nurse to meet school healthcare standards
• Active RN state and/or compact license
• Must be skilled in pediatric health, public health, and mental health practicing
