Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to provide Special Education (SPED) classroom support for K-12 classrooms. These full-time positions will involve assisting students with special education needs in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

Job Details: 

• Location: Santa Monica, CA
• Schedule: 30 Hours/Week
• Caseload: K - 12th grade students
• 1:1 and classroom aid positions available
• Special Education Classroom

• Hourly Pay: $24-26+ depending on experience

  Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-class support to students with special education needs.
• Assist with academic tasks, behavioral management, and classroom activities as directed by the teacher.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Help manage classroom behavior and support students' social and emotional development.

  Required Qualifications:
• California ParaPro Assessment passing score or Associate's degree
• Experience working in a special education setting or with students who have special needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules and classroom needs.
