Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Danville, IL area. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA who is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral support to students in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral needs.
- Provide direct behavior support and guidance to students in the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistent behavioral strategies across all settings.
- Train and support staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student behavior data and progress.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience working with students in an educational or school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
