School Based BCBA - Full Time Contract Opportunity

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Danville, IL area. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA who is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral support to students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral needs.
• Provide direct behavior support and guidance to students in the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistent behavioral strategies across all settings.
• Train and support staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of student behavior data and progress.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Experience working with students in an educational or school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to improving student outcomes.
