Position: Full-Time Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position in Winnetka, IL. We are openly interviewing candidates who meet all local and state requirements for this school-based role. This position requires a compassionate and skilled individual with a proven track record of working effectively with special education students and their families.


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the root causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students, ensuring the effective implementation of BIPs.
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other educational and therapeutic professionals to support students' overall development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and behavior data.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavioral goals and objectives.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.


  • Must meet all requirements set by local and state regulations for Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Proven experience working with special education students and their families.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
