Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. We partner with local schools to provide exceptional behavioral support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct and indirect services to students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavior intervention plans.

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• California licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
• At least one year of experience in the field.
