School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opening | Andover, Massachusetts

Our partner school in Andover, Massachusetts is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the full school year. We are searching for a friendly and compassionate applicant to join our Special Education team!

About the Position:

• Current School Year
• Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
• Caseload: K - 12th grade; precise caseload details will be shared throughout the interview process.
• Pay Range: $30 to $50 per hour, based on prior experience.

About the Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of troublesome behaviors.
• Create tailored behavior intervention techniques based on evaluation results.
• Collect and evaluate data about student behavior.

About You:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must have a valid Applied Behavior Analyst License
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification
