School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opening Near Yelm, WA: Actively Interviewing!

For the full school year, our partner school around Yelm, Washington, is looking for an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We're seeking for a motivated applicant to work in an overseeing role. This is a full-time position, about 40 hours a week. 

About the Position:

• Current School Year: ASAP Start
• Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
• Caseload: overseeing throughout the district, specific details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $30 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and other support staff, ensuring the proper implementation of behavior plans and effective skill acquisition procedures.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients with complex needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, behavior plans, and intervention strategies.

About You:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
