School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Position

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Moncks Corner, SC area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and supporting their behavioral and developmental success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct support and training to teachers, staff, and paraprofessionals on implementing behavior plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student progress.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one and group interventions to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations regarding student support services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with students in a school setting preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and school staff effectively.
