School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Role

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Bennington, VT area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective behavior management strategies.
• Provide training and mentorship to school personnel and paraprofessionals.
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to school district policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
