Blazer Jobs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Brookings, Oregon. As a COTA, you will work closely with occupational therapists to deliver high-quality therapy services to students in local schools, helping them develop essential skills for academic and personal success.


  • Implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic activities and interventions to address students' needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.


  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a COTA in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
