Are you passionate about helping children with Autism thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Behavior Aide to provide one-on-one support to a bright and curious 2nd-grade student who loves to read and learn but sometimes struggles with physical tantrums.

You won’t be doing this alone—you’ll be part of a two-person support team, with guidance from a BCBA and a structured behavior plan to ensure success.

Location– Valencia, CA
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 12:45 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in schools with students on the Autism spectrum
• CPI certification (current and valid)
• Patience, empathy, and strong behavioral intervention skills
• Ability to handle physical behaviors in a calm and professional manner
• Preferred: Male candidates
