Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a school-based position in Morton, PA. This role involves providing essential health services to students, ensuring they receive the special education support they need to thrive in an academic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration, health assessments, and emergency care.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • At least one year of experience working as an LPN, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
