School Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time in San Tan Valley, AZ

Blazer Jobs, a staffing agency that specializes in placing healthcare/education professionals in schools, is currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2023-2024 school year. The position is located with a school district located in San Tan Valley, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure students' needs are being met
• Monitor and document student progress, and adjust therapy programs as needed
• Provide guidance and support to students and their families

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active State Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working with school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and support staff
