School-based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Blazer Jobs is actively recruiting a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional services to students in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This position focuses on enhancing students' ability to perform daily activities and succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to improve students' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress towards goals.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of experience in pediatric or school-based settings.
• Knowledge of sensory integration and fine motor development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
