School-based Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Blazer Jobs is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in South Fulton, GA. If you are passionate about improving students' communication skills and providing critical support in their educational journey, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and make recommendations to improve student communication skills.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Georgia State Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting required.
