Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Orientation Mobility Specialists for a full-time role with school districts in the Houston, TX area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about guiding students and supporting their transition within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized orientation support to students, ensuring a seamless transition into the school setting.
• Assist in developing and implementing mobility training programs tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct one-on-one and group orientation sessions to help students navigate school facilities confidently.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create individualized orientation plans.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student engagement and orientation outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require a relevant certification or experience).
• Previous experience in mobility assistance or educational orientation settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to support school goals.
