School Based OT (Occupational Therapist)

Blazerjobs is excited to partner with a school district in North St. Paul, MN to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This is a wonderful opportunity to work collaboratively with students, families, and educators to enhance the well-being and success of students through therapeutic interventions.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs as outlined in their IEPs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ academic and functional skills.
• Conduct assessments to determine students' strengths, challenges, and areas of need.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistent and effective support for students.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
