School-based Physical Therapist (PT) Job Opportunity

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in Johns Creek, GA to provide specialized therapy services to students within a school environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ mobility and functional needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills and coordination.

• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and special education teams.

• Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

• License: Must hold a valid Georgia PT license.

• Certification: APTA membership preferred but not required.

• Experience: At least one year of experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
