Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional services to students in Riverside, CA. We partner with local schools to ensure students receive the specialized support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' physical function and mobility.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and provided services.
• Provide training and support to school staff and parents to foster an inclusive educational environment.

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• California Physical Therapy Board licensure.
• At least one year of experience in the field.
