Job Posting: School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Winters, CA

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Winters, California. As a school-based RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized support to students with diverse learning needs within the school environment.


  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students' individualized goals.
  • Provide direct one-on-one and small group instruction to students, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior throughout sessions to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure continuity of support and implementation of strategies across settings.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and California state regulations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • California state licensure or eligibility to work as an RBT in school settings.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working as an RBT in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to promoting the well-being and success of students with special needs.
